The first 5 loaded miles are included, followed by $4 per additional loaded mile. Weekday after-hours pricing adds $20 from 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Weekend pricing adds $35 from Friday at 10:00 PM through Monday at 6:00 AM and replaces the weekday surcharge. Holiday, neutral, access, recovery and applicable tax charges may also apply.
