Most vehicles usually have some tools included with your vehicle but those tools are honestly unreliable and can actually cause more harm then good, So I'd highly recommend going to your auto parts store and buying tools that would be reliable for changing your tire quickly and to avoid any potential damages.
You can go to a store such as Harbor Freight and buy a 1 or 2 ton jack and a affordable Impact gun and a socket set. HOW TO CHANGE A TIRE IN 10 STEPS
1.) Prep The Vehicle As Required
Begin with the vehicle parked on a level surface.
Apply the emergency brake and put the car in park and also something behind or in front of the tire opposite the wheel your having to change. 2. Loosen The Bolts
Using your Wrench or Impact Gun with the appropriate size socket, loosen each wheel lug counterclockwise to the point they can rotate without much resistance and by hand.
Does your vehicle have wheel locks? You may need a special socket adapter or “key” before the wheel lock can be removed. Wheel-lock sockets simply attach to the end of your wrench and allow you to loosen the wheel-lock bolts like you would a standard wheel bolt and if you can not locate it usually it is in the glove compartment or in the trunk underneath the spare tire somewhere and if not then you will need to have your vehicle towed to a repair shop or you can find a auto parts store that might possibly sell wheel locks too. 3. Jack Up The Vehicle
When jacking up your vehicle it typically has jacking points in the front and back along the sides that should be used to avoid your car from falling down as you jack up your vehicle and attempting to replace your flat tire with the spare.
You can also buy a Jack-Stand to place under the vehicle once it is jacked up high enough to avoid the car from falling down once your ready to remove the flat tire and place on the spare tire.
4. Remove Lug-Nuts & Tire
Make sure to loosen all the Lug-Nuts and then remove them and once you accomplish this then you can remove your flat tire and either fix the hole in the tire or replace the flat tire with the workable spare tire.
5. Re-Install Spare Tire Or The Fixed Tire
Now you need to put on the spare tire or the fixed tire and once you have the tire on then place the Luh-Nuts back on and Hand tighten to get started at least 3-4 full turns and then use your wrench or impact gun to tighten down the Lug-Nuts but do not tighten too tight as this can cause damage in the long run so be careful not to over-tighten and in this step you need to make sue that when you tighten the lug-nuts that you do it in a criss-cross pattern as well.
6. Now Remove Jack Stand If You Used One & Lower Your Jack
Now you can remove jack stands and jack and lower your vehicle to the ground with being careful to make sure still that nothing is underneath and that the tire is safely secured with the lug-nuts so that you do not lose your tire.
7. Double Check Lug-Nuts & Torque Properly To Between 80-120 Ft lbs
Now you can check the lug-nuts and make sure they are tighten and torqued to the proper specs for your vehicle somewhere between 80ft lbs and 120ft lbs of torque based on your vehicle manufacturer.
