Emergency Tow Truck Service in Buffalo
A breakdown can leave you stranded at home, at work, in a parking lot or at another accessible location. Emergency car towing may be appropriate after engine trouble, overheating, transmission failure, electrical problems, steering damage or a collision.
Tell dispatch what happened and whether the vehicle rolls, steers, brakes and shifts into neutral. Buffalo towing requests are assessed against current calls, driver location, traffic, weather, route, pickup access and equipment limits.
For an accepted request, dispatch confirms availability and an estimated arrival. Immediate dispatch and a fixed arrival time are not guaranteed.
Breakdown and Disabled Vehicle Towing
Car Will Not Start
Request car towing when an eligible vehicle will not start, will not remain running or cannot be safely serviced at the pickup location.
Mechanical Breakdown
Breakdown towing may be available after engine trouble, overheating, transmission failure, steering problems or another disabling mechanical issue.
Electrical Failure
A charging-system problem or electrical failure may require transport to a repair facility when the vehicle cannot operate safely.
Accident-Damaged Vehicle
Eligible collision-damaged vehicles may be transported after police or the appropriate authority releases the scene when required.
Wheel or Suspension Damage
Report locked, damaged or missing wheels, steering trouble and suspension damage before dispatch. Safe loading must be confirmed.
