A Usable Spare Tire Is Required
Buffalo Towing Services does not supply replacement tires and does not provide tire plugging or permanent tire repair. The vehicle must have a usable, inflated and compatible spare tire for roadside installation.

Additional enroute mileage, New York sales tax and applicable evening or weekend surcharges may apply.

Qualifying cash payments may receive a 5% discount. Card authorization may still be required before dispatch.

Roadside installation can only be completed when the available spare tire is safe and compatible with the vehicle.

When Roadside Tire Service May Not Be Safe
The vehicle must be on a firm, stable and reasonably level surface with enough room to lift the vehicle and remove the wheel safely.

Towing may be required when the vehicle has no spare or the available spare is flat, damaged, dry-rotted or incompatible.
Wheel or Hub Damage
A bent wheel, broken wheel stud, damaged hub or wheel that will not rotate may require transport to a repair facility.
Suspension or Axle Damage
Damage to the axle, control arm, steering or suspension should not be handled as a standard roadside tire change.
