$4 per loaded mile Applies after the five included loaded miles.
First 12 enroute miles included Enroute mileage is measured from dispatch to the pickup location.
$2 per additional enroute mile Applies when the pickup is more than 12 miles from dispatch.
8.75% sales tax New York sales tax is applied where required.
$35 neutral fee when required May apply when the vehicle cannot be safely loaded without placing it in neutral.
Time-based surcharges: A $20 weekday evening surcharge may apply Monday through Friday after 6:00 PM. A $35 weekend surcharge may apply from Friday at 6:00 PM through Monday at 6:00 AM. A $35 holiday surcharge may apply on designated holidays. The applicable surcharge is shown in the towing calculator before payment authorization.
Cash discount: Customers who choose to pay cash on scene may qualify for the currently offered 5% cash discount. Card authorization may still be required before dispatch. No separate credit-card processing fee is added.
