The neutral fee applies when the vehicle cannot be placed into neutral and additional loading effort or equipment is required. Enroute mileage applies when the pickup location is more than 12 miles from dispatch.

The applicable surcharge is based on the requested or dispatched service time. Only the applicable time-based surcharge is added.

Loaded Mileage

Loaded mileage is the distance traveled while carrying or towing the customer’s vehicle from the pickup location to the destination.

Enroute Mileage

Enroute mileage is the distance traveled from dispatch to the customer’s pickup location. The first 12 enroute miles are included.
