Roadside assistance is intended to resolve a qualifying problem safely at the vehicle's location. Every request depends on current calls, driver location, traffic, weather, vehicle eligibility, route and safe access. If the problem cannot be resolved safely, the vehicle may require towing.

Prices shown are starting prices and are not guaranteed totals. The first 10 enroute miles are included for applicable services, followed by $2 per additional enroute mile. Weekday after-hours pricing adds $20 from 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Weekend pricing adds $35 from Friday at 10:00 PM through Monday at 6:00 AM and replaces the weekday surcharge. A $35 holiday surcharge may apply. New York sales tax is 8.75% where required. No separate credit-card processing fee is added.
Mobile battery replacement is currently $400 for an eligible passenger vehicle and includes the replacement battery, mobile service and standard installation. Final prices are based on the calculator or confirmed dispatch quote. Qualifying cash payments may receive a 5% discount, and card authorization may still be required before dispatch.
When Towing Is Required Instead
Roadside service cannot repair every vehicle problem. Towing may be required when the vehicle cannot be returned to safe operation at its current location.

- The roadside location is unsafe or inaccessible

The service vehicle may travel on I-90 and I-190 but cannot stop on either
interstate to provide service. Drivers physically stopped on I-90 or I-190
should contact an authorized highway provider or emergency authority.
