1. SMS Program Description
Buffalo Towing Services may offer text-message updates related to towing and roadside-assistance requests.
Messages may include:
- Quote or service-request confirmation.
- Dispatch confirmation.
- Driver en-route updates.
- Estimated arrival information.
- Arrival notifications.
- Questions about the vehicle or service location.
- Payment, receipt, cancellation, or service-completion information.
2. Customer Consent
By selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox and providing a mobile telephone number, the customer agrees to receive service-related text messages from Buffalo Towing Services regarding the customer’s current quote, towing request, roadside-assistance request, payment, or completed service.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase towing or roadside-assistance services.
The SMS consent checkbox must be selected by the customer and will not be selected automatically.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the service request and the number of status updates needed.
Most customers should receive only the messages reasonably necessary to coordinate and complete the requested service.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the customer’s mobile telephone plan.
Buffalo Towing Services is not responsible for charges imposed by the customer’s mobile carrier.
5. Opting Out
Customers may opt out of future SMS messages by replying:
STOP
After an opt-out request is received, the customer may receive one final confirmation message stating that the opt-out request has been processed.
No additional automated SMS messages should be sent unless the customer later provides new consent.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery
Message delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, telephone-number accuracy, and other factors outside the control of Buffalo Towing Services.
Text-message delivery is not guaranteed.
Customers needing immediate assistance should call 716-324-1023 .
8. Service Messages and Emergencies
SMS messages are provided for convenience and should not be used as the only method of communicating an emergency, unsafe condition, vehicle accident, injury, fire, traffic hazard, or other urgent situation.
Call 911 for emergencies.
9. Telephone Number Responsibility
The customer confirms that the telephone number provided belongs to the customer or that the customer is authorized to receive messages at that number.
The customer should notify Buffalo Towing Services if the number changes or is entered incorrectly.
10. Privacy
Telephone numbers and SMS consent records may be used to provide and document service-related communications.
SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

11. Marketing Messages
The service-related SMS consent described on this page does not automatically authorize promotional or marketing text messages.
Buffalo Towing Services will obtain separate consent before sending marketing text messages when separate consent is required.
12. Changes to These Terms
Buffalo Towing Services may update these SMS Terms and Consent when its messaging provider, service practices, technology, or legal obligations change.
